This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User ” or “Licensee”) and XrayVPN (“Licensor”) for the use of the XrayVPN application (“Software”). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Licensor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Distribute, sell, or lease the Software to any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Licensor or its licensors.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Licensor immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to you. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Software or your violation of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to this Agreement

Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on the Licensor’s website. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
